|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a pan fry the veal in butter until tender, remove to warm dish and keep hot.
2. In the empty pan fry ham slices and place one slice on top of each escalope.
3. Into the empty pan add and fry mushrooms adding more butter to the pan if necessary.
4. In a dish arrange mushrooms along with veal and ham.
5. In the pan, heat cream and lemon juice making sure that the mixture does not boil.
6. Over the veal pour the sauce and serve.
