Ingredients
  Loin veal chops 8
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Light stock/Consomm 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 Large
  Buttered breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Stuffed olives 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 325F

MAKING
2) Season and marinate the chops in the flour, salt, paprika and pepper
3) In a large skillet, fry the chops till brown
4) Transfer them into a shallow baking dish and pour the stock and wine over
5) Bake for 30 minutes basting with the liquid frequently
6) Using a sharp knife, cut the tomatoes into 8 thick slices and place atop each chop
7) Bake for an additional 7-8 minutes
8) Top the chops with breadcrumbs, shredded cheese and the olive slices
9) Increase the temperature to 400F and bake till the cheese is all melted

SERVING
10) Serve the chops, warm
