Mini Calorie Veal Marengo

Ingredients
  Lean boneless veal 1 Pound, trimmed of fat and cut in 1 1/2 in, cubes (From Leg Or Shoulder)
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned french onion soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce, skimmed of fat (1 Can)
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a nonstick skillet spray vegetable coating.
2) Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper on meat.
3) Brown meat in the skillet over moderate heat.
4) Add remaining ingredients, except the mushrooms and stir.
5) Cover and cook in simmering heat for 50 to 60 minutes.
6) Add the mushrooms and stir.
7) Cook uncovered over moderate heat till liquid reduces to a thick sauce.

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
