Veal And Peppers

Ingredients
  Boneless veal 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Green peppers 3 , quartered
  Onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for about 7 hours or over high heat for 4 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve hot over noodles or rice.
