Veal Casserole With Cream

Ingredients
  Veal 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into large cubes (150 Gram)
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon (50 Gram)
  Onion 1
  Celery stalk 1
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Chicken stock 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Mixed herbs 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry/Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Fresh cream 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan fry the veal cubes in butter and oil until brown
2. Chop onion and celery, add along with the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until soft
3. Add paprika, herbs, seaoning, stock and lemon juice/sherry, cover and cook for an hour till the veal is tender

SERVING
4. Add in cream and serve
