Smoking Chops

Ingredients
  Smoked pork chops/Smoked veal chops 680 Gram (6 Chops, 170 Gram Each)
  White wine sauce 125 Milliliter
  Dark soy sauce 60 Milliliter
  Olive oil 30 Milliliter
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Milliliter
  Hot english mustard 3 Milliliter (Dry)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Milliliter
  Ground allspice 1 Milliliter
  Ground cloves 1 Milliliter
  Brown sugar 10 Milliliter
Directions

Trim the chops of any excess fat.
Place them into a shallow pan.
Combine the remaining ingredients together and pour the marinade over chops, marinate 2 hours covered and refrigerated.
Drain, reserve marinade.
Broil the chops over low heat for 6 minutes per side, basting frequently with the marinade.
