|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lamb chops/Veal chops||4|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Paprika pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Peel and dice the onions.
Seed the peppers and cut into strips.
Drain the corn.
Mix the prepared vegetables together.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chops for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness.
Sprinkle with the seasonings and arrange on a serving dish.
Spoon some of the salad mixture in the center and serve the rest separately.
