Creamy Minced Veal

Ingredients
  Veal 1 Pound, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  Chunk chicken noodle soup mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Corn starch 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, add 3 tablespoons margarine to melt down.
2) Add veal to sauté until lightly browned.
3) In a saucepan, combine soup mix and corn starch.
4) Gradually blend in water, then add 2 tablespoons margarine.
5) Place over heat to bring a boil, by constant stirring.
6) Reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer 5 minutes.
7) Place veal and cream to heat up moderately without boiling.

SERVING
8) Serve as a side dish with rice or bread.
