Veal Chops Paprika

|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Cracker meal||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Dip chops into combined egg and milk, then into cracker meal.
Brown on both sides in 3 tablespoons oil in skillet.
Remove chops to shallow casserole and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.
Add onion and mushrooms; brown lightly and place on chops.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for about 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
