Veal Escalopes With Lemon

Ingredients
  Veal escalopes 4
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Light cream 5⁄8 Cup (10 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Season the flour with salt and pepper.
2) Use this seasoned flour to coat the veal.
3) Fry this in butter or margarine and oil for about 8 minutes, tossing once.
4) Take a hot serving dish and place the escalopes.
5) Mix in lemon juice, sherry and sugar to the juices in the pan and allow heating for 2 minutes, stirring.
6) Beat in the cream and heat gently yet not allowing boiling.

SERVING
7) Pour the sauce over the veal and serve.
