|Veal steak||2 Pound, cut in 1-inch squares|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
1.Arrange 4-6 veal steaks on the skewers.
2.In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice and oil and drizzle it on the skewered meat pieces.
3.Leave the meat for 3-4 hours.
4.Once done, grill the meat for 15-20 minutes by applying the sauce in between.
