Sauteed Chopped Veal

|Butter||2 Ounce (50 Gram / 1/2 Stick)|
|Onion||1 Medium, peeled and chopped|
|Fresh mushrooms||4 Ounce, finely chopped (100 Gram / 1/4 Pound)|
|Veal fillet||1 Pound, finely chopped (500 Gram)|
|Ground fresh pepper||1|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Melt butter in a large frying pan, and saute onion until soft and golden.
Add mushrooms, and cook until tender.
Add chopped veal, and cook for only 5 min on a high heat.
Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Add cream just before serving.
