Sauteed Chopped Veal

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram / 1/2 Stick)
  Onion 1 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Fresh mushrooms 4 Ounce, finely chopped (100 Gram / 1/4 Pound)
  Veal fillet 1 Pound, finely chopped (500 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Ground fresh pepper 1
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cream 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter in a large frying pan, and saute onion until soft and golden.
Add mushrooms, and cook until tender.
Add chopped veal, and cook for only 5 min on a high heat.
Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Add cream just before serving.
