Lemon Dill Veal
|Dry seasoned bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dill weed||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Veal cube steaks||4 Pound|
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs and dill weed.
Blend egg and lemon juice in shallow bowl.
Dip steaks into egg mixture and dredge in bread crumbs.
Preheat 10-in browning dish at High 5 minutes.
Quickly add butter and veal.
Microwave at High 45 seconds.
Add mushrooms and onions.
Microwave at High 4 to 6 minutes or until veal and vegetables are fork tender, rearranging steaks after 2 minutes.
