Quick Veal Marengo

Ingredients
  Veal/4 veal cutlets 1 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Celery stems 3 , thinly sliced
  Garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bay leaves 2
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley sprigs 2 , chopped
Directions

Combine veal, onion, celery and garlic.
MICRO.WAVE for 5 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Add tomato sauce, wine, bay leaf and spices.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH, oruntil mixture boils.
Toss mushrooms with lemon juice.
Add.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES on '5'.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
