Veal Valencia

Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Veal 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 3/4-inch chunks
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Button mushrooms 2 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Beef stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Or Bouillon)
  Bay leaf 1 , crumbled
Directions

Place flour in paper bag.
Add veal and shake to coat.
Place browning dish in oven.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add butter and veal.
MICROWAVE 2 to 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until veal is brown, stirring twice.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Stir and cover.
Reduce setting.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on '6', or until veal is fork tender.
Serve over hot fluffy rice or buttered noodles.
