|Boneless veal||1 Pound, pounded to 1/4 -in thickness, cut into serving pieces|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients except veal, cheese and parsley in small bowl.
Microwave at High 2 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 6 minutes.
Place veal in 12x8-in baking dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 6 to 9 minutes, or until veal is no longer pink, rearranging once.
Cover with sauce.
Sprinkle cheese and parsley on top; cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 3 to 7 minutes, or until sauce is hot and cheese melts, rotating dish once.
