Veal Paprika With Noodles And Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Boneless veal shoulder 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Noodles 8 Ounce
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a 12-inch skillet brown the veal in butter. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Add chopped onion; cook and stir till onion is tender but not brown.
Add water, tomatoes, paprika, salt, sugar, and marjoram.
Cover; simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 to 35 minutes.
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
Stir flour into sour cream.
Stir a small amount of the veal mixture into sour cream.
Slowly add sour cream to veal mixture in skillet; stir to combine.
Serve over the hot cooked noodles.
