Quick Veal Paprika
|Boneless veal||1 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Caraway seeds||1 Dash|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In 2-quart casserole, combine veal, mushrooms, 1/2 cup broth, onion, paprika, salt, pepper and caraway.
Cover with glass lid.
TO HEAT BY TIME Set Power Select at HIGH for 7 minutes and MEDIUM-LOW for 21 minutes; stir occasionally.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Heat on COOK 2.
After time appears in display window, stir occasionally.
Into dish, add flour blended with remaining broth.
Set Power Select at HIGH.
Heat 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened; blend in sour cream.
