Creamed Calf Liver

|Calf liver||12 Ounce (1/4-Inch Slices)|
|Basic white sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (2 Servings)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Teaspoon|
Broil liver on a rack 4 inches from source of heat, turning once until done to taste.
Cut into bite-size pieces and combine with remaining ingredients in top of double boiler over boiling water.
