Creamed Calf Liver

Ingredients
  Calf liver 12 Ounce (1/4-Inch Slices)
  Basic white sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (2 Servings)
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Broil liver on a rack 4 inches from source of heat, turning once until done to taste.
Cut into bite-size pieces and combine with remaining ingredients in top of double boiler over boiling water.
Heat thoroughly.
Divide evenly.
