Veal Paprika With Yogurt
|Veal for stew||1 1⁄2 Pound (Cut Into 1/2 Inch Cubes)|
|Chopped onion||4 Ounce|
|No sugar added tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Plain unflavored yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Brown veal in a preheated nonstick skillet.
Transfer to a medium saucepan.
Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally until onion is browned.
Add tomato sauce, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and white pepper.
Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until veal is tender.
Remove from heat; fold in yogurt.
