|Veal||3 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes|
|Hot cooked rice||1|
|Tomato sauce||1 Ounce, can|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
In skillet, brown meat slowly on all sides in hot shortening; season with salt and pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients except rice and pour over meat.
Pour into 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 350° for 1 3/4 hours; uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Serve over rice.
