Glazed Veal

Ingredients
  Boneless veal 2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Scallions 2 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole.
Stir to coat all the veal pieces.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Chill and marinate several hours.
Microwave, covered, at HIGH 20 minutes.
Stir well.
Microwave at MEDIUM 25 to 30 minutes or until veal is tender.
Stir well.
Microwave at MEDIUM, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
