Veal Chops Bonne Femme
|Gammon rasher/Lean bacon / ham strip||1⁄4 Pound (1 In Number)|
|Button onions/Pickling onions||12|
|New potatoes||8 Small|
|Button mushrooms||4 Ounce, cut into quarters (2 Cups)|
|White wine||10 Ounce (1 Glass)|
|Stock||3⁄4 Pint (1 1/2 Cups)|
Heat the butter in the pan, put in the chops and brown on both sides then remove from the pan.
Put the gammon strips, onions and mushrooms into the pan and saute until the onions begin to color.
Stir in the flour then add the wine and stock.
Bring to boil
