Veal And Pineapple
|Mixed herbs||2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken stock powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Veal||750 Gram, diced|
|Bacon rashers||4 , chopped|
|Shallots||3 , chopped|
|Canned pineapple pieces||440 Gram, drained (1 Can)|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. Mix first 4 ingredients together in a large casserole dish.
2. Add the veal; toss to coat in the seasonings. Stir in bacon, shallots, pineapple pieces and tomato sauce.
3. Cover and cook for 32-36 minutes on medium, stirring 2-3 times during cooking.
4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice.
