Veal And Pineapple

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Mixed herbs 2 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock powder 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Veal 750 Gram, diced
  Bacon rashers 4 , chopped
  Shallots 3 , chopped
  Canned pineapple pieces 440 Gram, drained (1 Can)
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients together in a large casserole dish.
2. Add the veal; toss to coat in the seasonings. Stir in bacon, shallots, pineapple pieces and tomato sauce.
3. Cover and cook for 32-36 minutes on medium, stirring 2-3 times during cooking.
4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice.
