Alentejo Veal with Sushi Salad Recipe Video
Ingredients
  Readymade mediterranean salad 7 1⁄4 Ounce
  Creme fraiche 1 Small
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Sushi rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Veal steak 1 (From Alentejo)
  Cilantro 1 (To Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large bowl, combine Mediterranean salad with creme fraiche, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
2 Mix well to combine the ingredients.
3 Add in the sushi rice and mix well.
4 Sprinkle the veal steak with salt and pepper.
5 In a nonstick pan, place the veal steak and allow it to cook.
6 Flip the steak and cook on the other side.
7 Meanwhile, prepare for plating the dish.
8 In a serving dish, arrange the salad as shown in the video.
9 Place the veal steak on the salad.

SERVING
10 Garnish with cilantro and serve.
