Alentejo Veal With Sushi Rice Salad
|Readymade mediterranean salad||7 1⁄4 Ounce|
|Creme fraiche||1 Small|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Sushi rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Veal steak||1 (From Alentejo)|
|Cilantro||1 (To Garnish)|
1 In a large bowl, combine Mediterranean salad with creme fraiche, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
2 Mix well to combine the ingredients.
3 Add in the sushi rice and mix well.
4 Sprinkle the veal steak with salt and pepper.
5 In a nonstick pan, place the veal steak and allow it to cook.
6 Flip the steak and cook on the other side.
7 Meanwhile, prepare for plating the dish.
8 In a serving dish, arrange the salad as shown in the video.
9 Place the veal steak on the salad.
10 Garnish with cilantro and serve.
