Veal In Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Veal round steak 3⁄4 Pound, cut about 1/2 inch thick
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut veal steak into 4 serving pieces; pound until 1/4 inch thick.
Coat with flour; shake off excess.
Heat 2 tablespoons of the margarine and the oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat until hot.
Cook veal until tender and brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
Remove veal to heated platter.
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons margarine in skillet until melted; stir in lemon juice.
Pour over veal; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Garnish with parsley and lemon slices if desired.
