Veal With Rosemary
|Veal round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Butter||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Green onions||2 , sliced|
|Rosemary||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 , cut into wedges|
|Fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon, snipped|
Place veal, butter, mushrooms, onions, rosemary, salt and pepper in 2-quart casserole; cover.
Microwave at medium high (7) 16 to 20 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and water; stir until smooth.
Add to veal mixture.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 4 minutes until thickened; stir after 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and parsley and Microwave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes until hot.
