|Veal scallops||12 , cut very thin (3 By 5 Inches)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|

Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Dip veal in egg and cover thoroughly with bread crumb mixture.
