Ingredients
  Fresh bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Veal scallops 12 , cut very thin (3 By 5 Inches)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Dip veal in egg and cover thoroughly with bread crumb mixture.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook veal slices for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
