Stuffed Roast Of Veal

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon (45 Milliliter)
  Apple stuffing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bread 500 Milliliter, diced (2 Cups)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Celery stalks 3 , diced
  Apples 2 , diced
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Veal roast 5 Pound (Boned)
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 C°)
–  In a large skillet, melt butter, mix all stuffing ingredients, cook gently for 10 minutes and let stand to cool.
–  Stuff veal roast cavity with apple stuffing, close cavity and secure with a skewer or tie with string.
–  Roast veal in uncovered roasting pan, about 20 minutes per pound.
