|Veal cutlets||6 , pounded to 1/8 inch thickness|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon (1/2 Stick)|
|Medium sherry||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Prosciutto||1⁄3 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Provolone cheese||1⁄3 Pound, grated|
1) Lightly brown the veal in melted butter over a medium flame. Place browned veal in a baking dish.
2) Add the sherry to the pan drippings, stir, and pour over the veal. Place prosciutto over the veal. Bake in a preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes at 350 degrees.
3) Remove from oven and sprinkle the provolone over the veal. Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer, or until the cheese has melted.
