Oven Cooked Chops

Ingredients
  Veal chops 6 , cut fairly thick
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Water/Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrot 1 , diced
  Potato 1 , diced
  Onions 6 Small
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt fat in frying pan.
Brown chops on both sides, then add chopped onion and parsley.
Place in casserole with carrots.
Next sprinkle flour in frying pan, adding water slowly.
Add lemon juice and paprika, and salt.
Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350° F.
Add potato after it has been in the oven 1/2 hour.
