Veal Rollettes

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Veal round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut about 1/2 inch thick
  Mozzarella cheese 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
2. Cut veal into 4 x 3-inch pieces. Put 1 slice mozzarella cheese on each piece of meat. Top each with 1 teaspoon garlic-cheese mixture. Roll each piece of meat to enclose mixture; tie with string, or fasten meat roll with wooden picks or small skewers.
3. Heat oil in a skillet. Add meat rolls and brown slowly on all sides. Put meat into a greased 2-quart casserole. Mix butter and water; pour over meat. Cover casserole.
4. Bake at 300°F about 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Remove string, wooden picks, or skewers.
