Veal With Rosemary
|Sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Veal round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 , sliced|
|Fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon, snipped|
|Tomatoes||2 , cut into wedges|
Place veal, butter, mushrooms, onions, rosemary, salt and pepper in 2 quart casserole; cover.
Microwave at medium high (7) 20 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and water; stir until smooth.
Add to veal mixture.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 3 minutes, until thickened; stir after 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and parsley and Microwave at high (10) 2 minutes until hot.
