|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sherry/Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Little Quantity Required)|
Brown the veal lightly in the butter.
Add soup, milk and seasoning.
Cover pan and simmer gently for 25 minutes, adding little extra milk if required.
Stir in sherry or lemon juice and serve with rice or creamed potatoes and green salad.
