Piccata Al Limone

Ingredients
  Veal tenderloin 1 Pound, sliced to desired thickness
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanut oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Planters)
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon (Fleischmann's)
  Beef stock 1 Tablespoon
  Squeezed lemon 1 (Use Fresh)
  Dry white wine 4 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Slice veal; combine with flour and pound with side of a cleaver.
In a frypan, put Planters Peanut Oil, Fleischmann's Margarine and beef stock.
Add the veal.
Add wine, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until brown.
Garnish with 1/4 slice lemon on each piece and chopped parsley.
