Piccata Al Limone
|Veal tenderloin||1 Pound, sliced to desired thickness|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peanut oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Planters)|
|Margarine||1 Tablespoon (Fleischmann's)|
|Beef stock||1 Tablespoon|
|Squeezed lemon||1 (Use Fresh)|
|Dry white wine||4 Ounce|
Slice veal; combine with flour and pound with side of a cleaver.
In a frypan, put Planters Peanut Oil, Fleischmann's Margarine and beef stock.
Add the veal.
Add wine, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until brown.
Garnish with 1/4 slice lemon on each piece and chopped parsley.
