Veal With Wood Sorrel

Ingredients
  Veal chops 8 , cut thick (Use More If Required)
  Sorrel 1⁄2 Pound
  Bacon strip 4
  Carrots 2 , sliced
  Onions 2 , minced
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Good Variety)
  White vermouth 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Make a deep bed of wood sorrel.
Add pieces of meat and seasoning.
Put bacon on top of chops.
Spread onions and carrots.
Moisten with broth and vermouth.
Season a last time.
Close and bake.
