Veal With Wood Sorrel
|Veal chops||8 , cut thick (Use More If Required)|
|Carrots||2 , sliced|
|Onions||2 , minced|
|Stock||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Good Variety)|
|White vermouth||2 Tablespoon|
Make a deep bed of wood sorrel.
Add pieces of meat and seasoning.
Put bacon on top of chops.
Spread onions and carrots.
Moisten with broth and vermouth.
Season a last time.
Close and bake.
