Ingredients
  Veal slices 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch squares (Thin Slices)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crepes 12
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Dredge veal with flour.
Heat oil; fry veal until lightly brown.
Move meat to side of pan.
Saute garlic, onion, and parsley.
Add basil and tomatoes; cook over medium heat until tomatoes are soft.
Break up with fork.
Add cream, salt, and pepper; cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
Cool.
Place spoonful or two in each crepe; roll up.
Place seam-side-down in greased baking dish.
Bake at 350°F 30 minutes.
