Simple Vanilla Cheesecake

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce (at room temperature)
  Eggs 3
  Creme fraiche/Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla bean 1⁄2 , scraped
  Sugar substitute 12 Gram (12 packets)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350° F.

MAKING
2 In a blender, place all the ingredients.
3 Blend for 15 minutes.
4 Pour the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan.
5 Place in a pan of hot water in the oven.
6 If the water evaporates during baking, add more hot water as needed.
7 Bake for 1 hour.
8 Turn off the oven and leave the cake in the oven for 1 more hour.

SERVING
9 Cut and serve.
