Simple Vanilla Cheesecake
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce (at room temperature)|
|Creme fraiche/Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla bean||1⁄2 , scraped|
|Sugar substitute||12 Gram (12 packets)|
1 Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2 In a blender, place all the ingredients.
3 Blend for 15 minutes.
4 Pour the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan.
5 Place in a pan of hot water in the oven.
6 If the water evaporates during baking, add more hot water as needed.
7 Bake for 1 hour.
8 Turn off the oven and leave the cake in the oven for 1 more hour.
9 Cut and serve.
