Vanilla Sponge

Ingredients
  Caster sugar 100 Gram (4 Ounce)
  Eggs 4
  Self raising flour 100 Gram (4 Ounce)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, add sugar and eggs and whisk over hot water until the mixture forms ribbons.
2 Gradually fold in the flour with the help of a spatula.
3 Line a baking tray with silicone paper and spread the mixture thinly in it.
4 Bake at 450 degrees faenheit (230° C/Gas Mark 8) for about 5 minutes.

SERVING
5 Cool the sponge and use as desired.
