|Poppy seed||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|

|Raisins||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook wheat in 3 cups water till tender, about 1 hour.
Place cooked wheat, half at a time, in a blender container; cover and blend into a paste.
In small saucepan cook poppy seed in 1 cup boiling water till soft, about 10 minutes.
Mix together wheat paste, poppy seed, raisins, walnuts, honey, almonds, and vanilla.
Stir in unwhipped cream.
