Ingredients
  Skim milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Granulated fructose 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl or measuring cup.
Stir to dissolve fructose.
Pour into an ice cream maker.
Freeze as directed by ice cream-maker manufacture You can pack "Frosty 'Vanilla" in a freezer container for later use.
It freezes very hard in a normal freezer.
