Best Whipped Topping

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), skimmed
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Artificial sweetener 4 Teaspoon (Equal To Four Teaspoons Sugar)
Directions

It's made almost exactly like our Vanilla Ice Cream: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in 1 1/2 quart mixing bowl.
Scald evaporated skimmed milk, add to mixing bowl and stir well to dissolve gelatin.
Chill in freezer for a few minutes.
When mixture is very cold, add vanilla extract and sweetener, and whip with beater at medium speed until it stands in peaks.
Divide into 4 portions.
Refrigerate and use as desired.
