Boiled Turnips

Directions

Pare 2-2 1/2 lbs turnips.and cut into cubes.
Boil 1/2 cup to 1 cupwater, add ltsp. salt and turnips.
Cover pan tightly and bring to boil again.
Reduce heat and simmer 20-35. minutes until tender.
Drain and served with pepper and butter.
