Ingredients
  Ghee 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cumin powder 1 Dash
  Onion 1 Small
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Turnips 1 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Green chilies 2
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a pan, heat ghee and sauté next 4 ingredients for about 2 minutes until the onion is golden.
2)Add tomatoes, turnips, salt and chilies and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
3)Turn off heat and add garam masala and green coriander.

SERVING
4)Serve turnip mash as a side dish with the main meal.
