Ingredients
  Bacon 1⁄2 Pound
  Turnip greens 3 Pound
Directions

Chop bacon.
Wash greens; remove tough stems and bruised leaves.
Combine bacon and greens in 1 quart water in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 45 minutes or until greens are tender.
