Mashed Rutabaga

Ingredients
  Rutabaga 7 Large
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Peel rutabaga; cut into slices or cubes.
Cook in boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain thoroughly.
Mash rutabaga with potato masher until smooth; add pepper and additional salt, if needed.
Add butter and cream; heat and serve.
