|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, finley chopped|
|Salt and pepper|
"Cook turnips in salted water until just tender; drain.
Scoop out centers; reserve 2 tablespoons pulp.
Mash reserved pulp.
Mix beef, catsup, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, onion, reserved pulp, salt and pepper.
Spoon filling into turnip cups.
Cover with remaining bread crumbs; dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes."
