Rutabaga Casserole

Ingredients
  Rutabaga 1 Medium
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  White toast crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  White pepper To Taste
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Nutmeg To Taste
Directions

"Slice rutabaga.
Cook until: tender; mash.
Mix in butter and 1 tablespoon crumbs.
Add milk gradually.
Add all remaining ingredients except nutmeg.
Pour into well-greased mold or casserole; sprinkle remaining crumbs and nutmeg on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
