Mashed Rutabaga

Ingredients
  Rutabagas 1 3⁄4 Pound (Peeled)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutmeg/Mint - 1/2 teaspoon, chopped 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut rutabagas in dices, and steam for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.

MAKING
2) Drain rutababs and add butter and enough milk to make a smooth consistency.
3) Mash like potatoes.

SERVING
4) Sprinkle nutmeg or mint on top of mashed rutabaga and serve immediately.
