Turnips Sauteed With Greens

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), cut in half
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Turnips 1 Pound, peeled, halved, and thinly sliced (4 Pieces, 500 Gram)
  Grated lemon zest 1
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Mustard greens/Half and half kale and watercress 12 Ounce, roughly chopped (350 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a large saucepan fry the garlic in the olive oil until brown, then discard.
Add the sliced turnips and sprinkle with salt and the grated lemon zest.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped greens and sprinkle with pepper and the lemon juice.
Cover and steam for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and leave covered for 10 minutes, to finish steaming.
